Founded by Maui Fisherman and Advocate Leader Chimo Shipp, the Fresh Help Maui team knows the importance of food security + circular economy in an island community. About Fresh Help Maui
To Lahaina, With Love is a tribute to Lahaina’s chefs and restaurants and their most cherished recipes. The recipes were a gift from the chefs and cooks who came to feed and care for our community during the darkest of days, cooking dishes that brought comfort to those who needed it most. All proceeds will fund Fresh Help Maui’s mission, continuing efforts to feed displaced Lahaina residents. Shipp hopes the cookbook will inspire families to cook, share stories, and keep Lahaina’s spirit alive.
